Pregnancy Yoga 
Mama Flow with Heidi
Tuesdays 6pm - 7.15pm

This yoga class provides an inspiring and nurturing space for women to come together in the beautiful practice of pregnancy yoga.
You will experience the flowing movements of yoga, lovingly sequenced, adapted and choreographed to music. In addition, we will practice pranayama (breath awareness), relaxation and meditation. These classes will develop strength and flexibility in the body; peace and calm in the mind; your body, your breath, your being ready for changes unfolding in your life. This class offers a safe, supportive environment for you to evolve and embody your new role with grace and clarity.

Family Yoga
 starting in January 2018

Family Yoga is here for everyone! – kids 5-10yrs, mums, dads, Grandma’s and Grandpa’s, Carers. And you do not need to be super fit, just a willing spirit! Who knew yoga could be so much fun!
During this 1.5 hour class we will explore:
✨The traditional yoga poses through fun, laughter and playfulness.
✨Acro Yoga - for everyone
✨Breathing, calming and relaxing activities
✨Connecting to each other
✨Gentle meditations and guided imagery
Yoga is great for creating a feeling calm and happiness, and can help parents and kids to relax in each other’s presence.
You’ll return home feeling rejuvenated, fully stretched, overflowing with love in your hearts, and a sparkle in your eyes!

Each class will be from 11-12:30 at the Tree Room, Colchester.

This unique Pregnancy Yoga Retreat offers a special day for mothers-to-be. You will experience supportive, nurturing, inspiring yoga classes with Heidi Pascual, designed to enhance body, mind, spirit and baby well-being. In the morning, you will move through a series of flowing, creative namaskars, lovingly sequenced, adapted and choreographed to music. This class is balanced with breath awareness and relaxation, creating a feeling of space, grace and serenity. In the afternoon, you will experience restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation, leaving you feeling rested, restored, revitalised ~ blissed-out!
Enhancing your experience on this beautiful day, Sarah Jane Sexton will share her knowledge and experience, teaching you all about the imperative Fourth Trimester and nurturing your newborn. Sarah will also share tips on massage in labour and some wonderful gentle baby massage techniques you can use at home from birth. The day closes with some gentle relaxation and positive affirmations for you and your baby.
We will experience our Day Retreat in the beautiful, serene surroundings of the Tree Room. This will be a wonderful day, experiencing, learning and celebrating the blessings of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Baby massage promotes both health and the feeling of security that all babies crave assisting mums to give their precious baby the best loving start in life.  Accredited by The Royal College of Midwives, this course has been developed as a comprehensive five step programme designed to introduce both you & your baby to the basic principles of baby massage in a clear, consistent & easy to follow fashion. The sessions are run on a weekly basis to allow you ample time to practice and perfect the techniques in the privacy of your own home.
